As a Private Branded ISP, you will be paid a monthly residual fee for every active customer you bring in through the reseller web site that is supplied to you, as follows:

US$3.00 per month for every US$9.95 IP Telephony (VoIP) service purchase.

US$X.xx (Fee not set) per month for every US$80.00* T3 Mobile Wireless Internet service purchase.

In order to become your own Branded ISP, you will need the basics of a new domain name for the Branded ISP page / interface (the Corporate Reseller will host this new domain) and of course startup capital to open your Branded ISP business.

The Wireless Corporation will handle Customer and Technical Support that is directly related to its services.

The one-time License purchase to open a Branded ISP business through this Network is US$1,449.95

The only other fees involved for Branded ISPs are on those who have 999 active customers or less, in any given month - where a maintenance fee of US$149.95 will be charged. This is required to cover web master time / costs for implementing changes to your Branded ISP page / interface; specifically, changes that the Branded ISP requests to be made for sales of advertising space, or require corrections to be made thereto. The monthly fee is waived when a Branded ISP maintains 1,000 or more active customers.

Certain restrictions apply to Branded ISPs - some of which are:

BRANDED ISP RESTRICTIONS

• Branded ISPs are only able to make Retail / Direct Sales to end-user customers.
• Branded ISPs must abide by all Corporate policies, procedures and terms.
• Branded ISPs cannot raise or lower the price of the product(s).
• Branded ISPs must offer the wireless router’s plug-n-play IP Telephony product at US$9.95.
• Branded ISPs are paid US$3.00 per month per active IP Telephony customer.
• Branded ISPs cannot add charge for equipment, service or installation fee to customers.
• there are no equipment fees charged by the Wireless Corp. or Corporate Reseller.
• no installation required, the router is shipped with FireWire / USB port instructions.
• Branded ISPs can offer ad-space (for sale)*** on sections of the provided page / interface****
• Branded ISPs customers will be billed on a monthly basis directly from the Wireless Corp.

* Final monthly price to the Customers and fee to be paid to the Branded ISPs for the T3 Internet services has yet to be determined

*** Advertising on Branded ISP page / interface, and linked pages, must comply with our EULA, AUP, and the PB-ISP terms.

Only after ISPs officially register their interest in the Private Branded ISP Program are they invited to become a Branded ISP - which will be on a 'first come - first served' basis.

This invitation will occur after the Mobile Wireless service becomes available to the general public.
